Marketing Lions is an independent studio in Minneapolis. We run marketing systems and fix the digital problems sitting next to them. Every client gets the whole studio — same person across every channel.

Principle 01
The work compounds. The pitch does not.
Every hour spent making something better is an hour the client keeps forever. Every hour spent in a deck is gone the moment the meeting ends.
Principle 02
You can't out-market a bad position.
Before we run a single ad, we make sure the company knows who the next customer is and where they are at the moment they decide.
Principle 03
Specific ads come from specific knowledge.
Any good advertiser has to know what they're selling. We dig in — your customer's real objections, your pricing logic, the language your team uses on the phone. The deeper the study, the sharper the ad.
Principle 04
AI is a screwdriver, not a strategy.
We use it where it cuts six hours of work to six minutes — internally. And where it cuts a client's cost per lead in half, handles inbound calls after hours, turns a five-day sales follow-up into a five-minute automation, or scores leads before a human ever picks up the phone. We don't sell it as a service category. We deploy it where it moves the number.

We don't chase volume. We run every engagement like we own the business. No upsells you don't need, no agency theater. The clients tend to stay because nothing's being sold to them after the work starts.

Over a decade running ads, SEO, brand, builds, and automation. Healthcare, multifamily, retail, B2B, e-commerce, professional services. Different industries, same person. The playbook adapts; the email address doesn’t change.
Hourly. Fixed fee. Flat monthly.
Most projects bill hourly. One-time builds with clear scope are a fixed fee. Ongoing work is a flat monthly fee, month-to-month — no annual lock-in, no pre-paid quarter.
A 30-minute call. Two questions.
What's the problem, and who's the customer. If we can't answer those, no amount of advertising will. A call, an email thread, a few texts — whichever fits your week.
Direct line. No layers.
The person you talk to owns the work. No account managers. No junior execs relaying messages. No agency theater between you and the work.
Site down at 3am? Text. We pick up.
The work doesn't care what time it is. Neither do we. We've fixed broken checkouts on Saturday nights and rebuilt landing pages before a Monday launch.
