Privacy

Privacy.

Short version: we don’t collect anything.

No cookies. No analytics. No tracking pixels. No mailing list. Nothing stored in your browser. Nothing sold to anyone.

When you click an email link on this site, your own email client opens and sends a message to David directly. We read it, we reply, we keep it for as long as the project we’re working on requires. That’s the entire data flow.

If you’d rather skip the email-client step, the studio is at david@marketing-lions.com on any channel — text, LinkedIn, however you reach people.

The legal-ish version

What runs, what doesn’t, who sees what.

No third-party tracking. We don’t run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, retargeting, A/B testing tools, session-replay tools, or any first-party analytics service.

No client-side storage. The site doesn’t set cookies, write to localStorage, or write to sessionStorage. Your browser keeps whatever your browser keeps; we don’t touch it.

Hosting is on Vercel. Their server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL) are kept by them for security and infrastructure purposes, subject to Vercel’s privacy policy. We don’t query those logs except for incident response.

Email is email. When you email us, the message is stored in our inbox provider for as long as the engagement requires plus a reasonable archive window. We don’t share it with anyone outside the studio.

Embedded fonts.Google Fonts loads our typefaces. Per Google’s policy, the request includes your IP address. We don’t use those requests for anything.

If something here is wrong

Tell David. david@marketing-lions.com. We’ll fix it the day we hear about it.
