AI + automation.
A screwdriver, not a strategy.
We use AI where it cuts six hours of work to six minutes — internally on research, ad-copy variants, reporting, first drafts; for clients on inbound call handling, lead scoring, sales follow-up automations, and the smaller fixes that move a number quietly.
The judgment stays human. Everyone has the same tools now. The difference is what gets built with them.
Where we plug it in
The work that should be invisible.
- Sales calls — transcription, summary, follow-up email drafting
- Inbound calls — after-hours support, intake, FAQ handling
- Lead qualification — scoring inbound leads before sales sees them
- CRM — auto-updating records from call transcripts and emails
- Outreach — personalized cold email drafts at scale
- Reporting — pulling weekly and monthly reports from disparate sources
- Internal tools — dashboards, lookups, the workflows nobody owns
- Knowledge bases — your docs, searchable in plain English
How we approach it
Pick the boring parts first.
AI works best on the repetitive, low-stakes work nobody wants to do. We don't build flashy AI demos. We build the thing that quietly saves your team six hours a week — and then the thing that saves them another six.
How we charge
Hourly for builds. Subscriptions are yours.
AI builds are billed hourly against a written budget. Subscriptions and API credits the build needs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Twilio, etc.) are pass-through and stay in your name. Once the system is running, ongoing tuning and maintenance can go month-to-month.
